Puspakom Requires TIN for All Transaction starting July 25.

Starting July 25, 2024, Puspakom will require customers to provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN) for all transactions through MyPuspakom and at its branches nationwide. This change aligns with the Inland Revenue Board's new electronic invoicing system.

Puspakom aims to simplify and improve the national tax system, ensuring transparency in financial matters. Corporate customers must provide their TIN, company registration number, and Sales and Services Tax (SST) number. Individual customers need to provide their identity card number and TIN.

Puspakom suggests that customers should have their Tax Identification Number (TIN) ready before booking appointments on www.mypuspakom.com.my. This will help make transactions smoother for both Puspakom and the Inland Revenue Board (IRB).

"The e-invoice system aims to reduce revenue losses and improve accuracy in compliance risk assessments," stated Puspakom.

For the latest updates, customers can reach Puspakom's customer service at 03-5101 7000 or follow Puspakom Sdn. Bhd. on Facebook.
